Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by an Inovatech LLC representative. Please contact an Inovatech Representative at  877-242-5517. Our return policy is as follows:

• 30 day full refund on all returns (provided the item has not been used)
• All tags and packaging materials must be included.
• 15% Restocking Fee applies 
• Sale and Clearance Items are not returnable/exchangable.
• Custom items are not returnable/exchangable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable
